Hard disk crash

Disaster! Two hard drive crashes within one month has forced me to hang my head low and moan. Realising even my backups are gone I start to think about all the wise men preaching the importance of good backup routines and storage…
Whatever… Honestly why even bother? The probability that you’ll be a victim for a total outbreak of shit in one or several of your computer components is, atleast according to Murphy, overwhelming. Ofcourse you can minimize the probabilty for a total fuckup like the one I’ve managed to accomplish by listening to the wise men, but this time I did’nt care to bother anymore. I did’nt even care to try to save the data on the hard drive.
Don’t get me wrong, I do care, I just don’t care to bother.
