Rafe Blandford at AllAboutSymbian.com (known for his excellent reviews) reviewed the Sony Ericsson P1i. “For me the P series has always been about a synthesis between a PDA and a phone and I think the P1i is the best PDA/phone combination I’ve seen. It may not push the specification barrier in the same way as the N95, but it is an incredibly powerful device. By leaving the megapixel and convergence race to others (at least with the P1i), Sony Ericsson has created a mature, well rounded smartphone that will prove very attractive.” [Read more]
Nokia Experience launched in Scandinavia

Nokia Scandinavia just opened a new portal called Nokia Experience. The site offers a central access point for all services available for Nokia Nseries devices, in collaboration with local suppliers such as EA Games and “Posten”, the Swedish mail office. The site which still is beta, is filled with solutions, services, downloads and how to’s. The public launch is scheduled for sometime next week. [Read more]
Fring now comes with built-in twitter client!

Fring now has a fully integrated twitter client so all you twitters can stay in touch with your twitting friends wherever you are (twitter is a small client for letting others know your whereabouts and what you´re up too). To use it, just open Fring on your handset, go to “Settings”, “Configure services”, “twitter”. Once you’ve entered your Twitter user information, you should have a new twitter contact added to your Fring contact list. You can then update your followers and get updates from the people you follow directly from Fring. You do not need to download anything, as this functionality is updated on the server.
