It is now confirmed that devices running the Safari browser can use iPhone 3rd party applications. After Apple’s Steve Jobs announcement at WWDC that 3rd party iPhone apps must run in Safari lot of development has been going on.
Nokia announced in 2005 that Symbian S60 devices will run a new browser based on Safari. Phones with that browser include the Nokia N75, N95, and Samsung SGH-i520.

In the near future S60 users will benefit from a rich variety of mobile applications originally developed for the iPhone. Some of these applications will hopefully be designed to work in different resolutions than the iPhone’s 3.5? screen and 320×480 pixels.
You can try the iPhone applications and games at http://www.iphonefanclub.com/. Just click on the green Applications button or the blue Games button and it’ll show you a list of what’s available, although there are probably other applications not listed there.
Note: The page doesn’t work in Internet Explorer. You should use your S60 device or the iPhone to browse the applications/games. However, I’ve succesfully browsed and tried some of the applications and games with my PC using the Firefox browser.
