I think the problem wasn't keyboards design, but the low rubber pads located on each corner of the structure on the main displays side. They should be higher. The screen doesn't touch the keyboard any more but the structure still touches itself on closing, even carefully, and scratches the phone. On the other hand, and belief me I sent my phone already three times to Nokia Portugal for repairing some issues, the background noises are still present when calling directly through the phone wich doesn't happen if call through a headset.
