Here’s Nokia’s four new devices for 2008, all presented at 3GSM Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. There’s the N96, N78, 6220 Classic and 6210 Navigator, all featuring S60 3rd edition, feature pack 2. Every single device comes with built-in GPS, the 6210 Navigator also comes with automatic screen rotation (accelerometer supported). More images and information after the break.
The Nokia N96 - new flagship device

The Nokia N96, successor to the Nokia N95 8GB. The N96 features some cool stuff such as DVB-H (mobile TV), 16GB internal flash memory + microSD slot, 2.8 inch display, geotagging, Flash Lite 3 browsing experience (meaning you can view content such as youtube clips) and N-Gage. Nokia has however quite irrationally stripped this baby from 3D hardware acceleration, making it a less jolly choice for N-gage gaming.
Must say I was a bit disappointed by this one, had really expected something more than a redesigned N95. It should be out in Q3 2008 for 550 euros.
Nokia N78 - the N73 refreshed

The N78 is a cool all round device, as was the N73 back in the days. This baby has seen some heavy improvements such as up to 24h audio playback (powerful 1200mAh battery), a Navi wheel, geotagging, WiFi, HSDPA, a GPS and a faster processor. It’ll be out in Q2 2008 and cost you about 350 euros.
Nokia 6220 Classic

The 6220 Classic is all about sharing content, preloaded with geotagging, Flickr, Vox and TV-out. It comes with a nice 5 megapixel camera fully capable of recording VGA videos at 30 fps, xenon flash, GPS, HSDPA and runs S60 3rd FP2. Man this device only lacks good looks and WiFi. It’ll be yours for 325 euros and will see daylight in Q3 2008.
Nokia 6210 Navigator

The 6210 Navigator succeeds the 6110 Navigator, a device focused on GPS navigation. It comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS with compass and navigation, accelerometer screen rotation and HSDPA. Also available in Q3 2008 with a price tag of 300 euros.
