Foxit PDF Reader (beta) for UIQ 3!

Even with UIQ 3 considered as a dying platform, some developers are still working hard to make software for it. This time, Foxit Software released a public beta of it’s PDF Reader application to UIQ 3. Personally, I really dig Foxit PDF Reader on WIndows XP and this news brought some excitement. Garmin Mobile XT version 5.0 available now for UIQ 3 and S60 3rd Edition users

The best SatNav app for Symbian IMHO, Garmin Mobile XT, just reached version 5. The new version looks like a totally new app because the interface has been redesigned and it makes more sense now. And the speed in loading map data is also greatly improved. Both S60 3rd Edition and UIQ 3 users can now enjoy the new version of Garmin Mobile XT.
Skyfire beta 0.8 goes public… but still for US only…

Another beta is released. This time, it’s Skyfire, ladies and gentlemen. The new web browser on the block which brings new experience to web browsing on the go. The official Skyfire blog just announced the new version and open beta for US for Windows Mobile and Symbian S60.

The latest beta of Digia @web is available from their support page. You need to have an account (free) to access the support page. This is the 3rd beta of @web, the only internet browser for UIQ developed using WebKit engine. UIQ 3 users are encourage to test the beta and report any problem or request additional features, to the support team.
